Ian PJ Scotting

I am dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential within IT Service Delivery and Customer Service. My goal is to deliver success for both teams and customers alike, using creative techniques to improve collaboration and team working.

From a young age I have been learning about natural ecosystems and how life is in balance with the environment around us. This led to me studying Marine Biology at Uni, and then travelling the world to visit rainforests, coral reefs and a myriad of other habitats. This part of my life gave me a respect for the complexity of the natural world. 

It is the same in the workplace. It is complex and challenging. So I strive to ensure that the ecosystem we work in has a healthy balance, by showing respect for each other, helping one another to learn and succeed, and to make a difference in what we accomplish. Take care for now, Ian.
