By coach and car, I circumnavigated the west, north and east coastlines to experience the Great Barrier Reef, the Blue Mountains of Sydney, the ancient Katherine Gorge by canoe in the Northern Territory, and the West Coast’s Ningaloo Reef -the temporary home to the Whale Shark.
